Family court hearings across the East Midlands are handled from a number of centres, including Lincoln, Boston, Mansfield, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton. Before most court applications can be made, you are required to attend a MIAM — a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting.
