Thank You – Your Enquiry is in Safe Hands
What Happens Next?
We understand that resolving financial matters is a priority. To give your case the attention it deserves, we follow a structured 3-step review process:
- Senior Mediator Review: A senior accredited mediator will review your details within 1–2 working days to confirm that financial mediation is the right path for your situation.
- Suitability Screening: If appropriate, we will email you to invite one or both parties to a private, 15-minute suitability call.
- Booking Your Assessment: Once suitability is confirmed, we will schedule your formal Financial Mediation Assessment (MIAM) to begin the disclosure process.

This short, confidential call is designed to ensure:
- Your case involves the specific property or pension issues we specialise in.
- Online mediation is a safe and constructive environment for both of you.
- You have a clear understanding of the costs and timeline before committing.
